A step in a color grade, especially in DaVinci Resolve's node graph.

In node-based color tools like Resolve, each node is a stage of the grade — one for balance, one for the look, one for a secondary on the sky, and so on. Chaining nodes keeps a grade organized and non-destructive. It is a flexible, layer-like way to build color.
