Logging

Reviewing and labeling footage with notes, ratings and selects.

Logging means watching through the footage and tagging it — marking good takes, adding notes, flagging keywords — so you can find what you need fast. For interviews and docs it often means transcribing. Logging turns a pile of footage into a searchable resource.
